What information we process
When you submit an enquiry, we process your name, email address, optional company name, selected service, message and the related submission metadata required to deliver and protect the form. Please do not include sensitive personal data.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We may also retain necessary correspondence to protect our legal interests (Article 6(1)(f)), subject to a balancing assessment.
Service providers and international transfers
Website hosting and form processing are provided through Netlify. Email delivery and storage may involve our email service provider. Depending on the provider and configuration, data may be processed outside the EEA; where required, appropriate safeguards must be in place.
Retention
Enquiries that do not result in a contract are ordinarily kept for up to 12 months after the last substantive communication, unless a longer period is justified by a dispute or legal obligation. Contractual and accounting records may be kept for statutory periods.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
Cookies
This website does not intentionally use advertising or analytics tracking cookies in its supplied static code. Essential technical data may be processed by hosting infrastructure. If analytics or marketing tools are introduced, this notice and any consent mechanism must be updated.
